Ok so i got an Xenon motherboard. Soldered it all up with all resisters and stuff. No switching diode though.

So I hook it up to my PC. Open up nandpro20 and do 3 reads. 2 match 1 was really off. All of them had errors at 15D, which i told was normal so don't worry about it. I downloaded the xenon xbr off xbins. My CB is 1921 LDV 4 which is compatible, i think.

So i went ahead and did: nandpro orig.bin: -r16 rawkv.bin 1 1
nandpro orig.bin: -r16 rawconfig.bin 3de 2
then
nandpro xbr.bin: -w16 rawkv.bin 1 1
nandpro xbr.bin: -w16 rawconfig.bin 3de 2

then i didnt fix bad blocks because the only one was 15D and they said not to worry about it.
I just went ahead and did this:
nandpro lpt: -w16 xbr.bin

After a long time with no reported errors it finished. I went ahead and plugged up the xbox and turned it on and it had "christmas lights" green lights on 1 and 2 spots and red lights on 3 and 4 and they were alternating.

So i looked it up and apperently its a rare error....great.

I went to fix the bad block 15D thinking this could be the problem.
I typed in nandpro XBR.bin: -r16 block15D.bin 15D 1 and hit enter

It then says Error: 204 reading block 15D

I've been messing with this all day and would just like it to work haha.

But anyways, would appriciate anyone that could help me out here. Thanks

Also, i just noticed whenever i do nandpro orig.bin: -r16 rawkv.bin 1 1 it doesnt work without the xbox pluged in. I dont know if this means it is reading the kv from the xbox and not the orig.bin i dumped. It would seem that way. Am i doign something wrong there?

I tried going back from step one, well almost one, and got the XBR off xbins and read my kv and kvconfig and wrote them into the XBR.bin this time i tried to fix the bad block before writing. Same error: 204 reading block 15D. Is it possible that the Xenon motherboard is suppose to have dummy data at 15D and therefore so does the XBR and thats why it cant read it, because its just 00 00 00 00?

Thinking it could possibly be a write error. Rebuilt a XBR with the second nand dump that matched and am flashing it now. Doubt this is going to work. Any input would still be very appriciated.

Reflashed, still nothing.
