First I used the CON_flag_remover from this thread: http://www.se7ensins.com/forums/xbox-360...xbox-360-a.html to fix my profile. This let me actually connect the HD to my unbanned system and see my profile. Unfortunately any game I go into tells me my save is corrupt. So then I tried deleting the profile (but not the saves) and recovering from xbox live. I could still see my profile but the saves were corrupted. So is there any way to uncorrupt my saves (preferably without soldering anything)?

the way i did it was uncrippling the hard drive´s install function.
allowong trusted controll back.
gamer tag and saves are now fine.
you do have to solder but it is easy here is the link: http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=697231.
as long as you read everything properly you cant go wrong.
and there are loads of posts to help you out.
