Actually it's not a good idea but it depends. If you play by all the rules you "should be okay". If you are using a JTAG, this is NOT a good idea. Your profile will get banned if you do. Mine and many others did. If you do NOT play games before release date, wait on ABGX to verify the game, you should be fine if you are playing on a flashed console and retail.
