I own a Aoyue 968 and seem to have issues with a board getting E74. Everytime I reflow the Ana and GPU it will work for a week or TWO and then come back. I am reflowing at 150C for 1 minute, then bump up 20 degrees and leave it there for 30 secs. I do this all the way up to 370 and then back down. Am I doing something wrong? Use different temps? Air is set to 5. My heating plate is a skillet and I usually heat the bottom after the top due to the line up problem between the nozzles.

i just did a board tonight and it was a E74 and after i did reflow it worked for a hour and now got E73 error,,code 1021,,which is unknown,,,think ill go back to drinking,,less stressful,,cheers,,oh and by the way,,welcome back,,

http://forums.llamma.com/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=21225&start=0 Enjoy! A good day full of reading for you, but its where the pros go. The profile on pg13 that everyone recommends will prob destroy your first attempt, leave off every step up AFTER 350f and you should be fine. Descend normally.
