back on may 19th i accidently updated my xbox and my flashed drive stopped playing backups. the release of lt+ 1.9 is soon and i don't have the tools to flash my lite-on drive. I'd have to send it in to someone which would cost me 40 bucks so should i get my lite-on flashed when lt+ 1.9 is released or when lt+ 2.0 comes out?

might as well buy your own equipment and do it yourself then you don't have to constantly send it out, but if you have the extra cash to do that and don't feel confident in yourself it is up to you, there is no telling how long 2.0 will take, maybe even until next update probably around christmas time or so. I think the only update on 2.0 will be the ability to play XGD3 games which I do not think they are using just yet. If you wanted to play now I would go with 1.9 but I would seriously look into doing it yourself, it will cost you about $40 just to purchase the equipment to be able to do not have to send it out every update.
