I have a question, I saw this on a website while researching the Cygnos360 V2.0. On the page it says..

Some features of the new Cygnos360 V2.0:

IF YOU WANT TO USE THE SO CALLED ?JTAG HACK? YOU HAVE TO HAVE AN EXPLOITABLE CONSOLE. THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE NECESSARY:
1) The dashboard version of your xbox 360 CANNOT be 2.8xxx
AND
2) The manufacturing date of the Console must be before June 2009

That is the one that has me perplexed. I have a console fresh from the store with a mfg date of Aug 09 and a dash of 2.7.xxx. I was under the impression I could jtag my box. Is this not so?

Once you have dumped your NAND, there is an addition check you need to do to confirm its exploitable. You need to load your NAND.bin in to 360 flash tool or degraded and confirm that the CB value is exploitable.


Xenon: 1921 or lower is Exploitable (exception: 8192 IS EXPLOITABLE)
Zephyr: 4558 or lower is Exploitable (exception: 4580 IS EXPLOITABLE)
Falcon: 5770 or lower is Exploitable
Jasper 16mb: 6712 or lower is Exploitable
Jasper Arcade (256/512): 6723 or lower is Exploitable
