I have a question about my profile. When I goto the delete profile option in memory section it asks if you want to delete just the profile, the profile and all items associated with it, and one more I dont remeber. If I just delete profile, (from hard drive but the way) will my save game data still by on my hard drive under that profile?

Yes your save data will still be there for that profile unless you select to delete profile and associated files.

how about any saved files that where saved on a banned xbox?

I'm not sure what you mean...? o.0 If you've used those save files since the console was banned then they're only able to be used on the banned console. So if you was thinking of using them on a console which isn't banned, you'd need to uncorrupt them. There's a tut somewhere which shows you how to extract your save files and uncorrpt them on your comp so you can use them on a console that's not banned.
