Hey, well I'm thinking of flashing my xbox 360 and i just have a quick question, i know that when you flash it it's not safe to play the burnt games on xbox live, but say i actually own some of the games? Would i still be able to play them online without getting xbl banned?

Nobody is for sure on how Microsoft bans people. I've been playing backups on Live since August 08. No ban here. It is kind of a risk/reward deal. Having a XBOX 360 banned isn't a big deal since how cheap they are.

If you flash with the latest firmware and make sure your properly stealth check you games then you more than likely wont be banned from live.

Can't guarantee you 100% you will not get banned if you flash your drive as no one knows if M$ detect disks or modded firmware.
