Hey, i have 2 xbox's one is modded and strictly offline and the other is my online unmodded console, i use the same HDD and tag on both consoles

Is it possible for my good console/my gamertag to get banned if i play a game before release on my modded console and then switch the hdd back to my good one and go online?

Should i create a second account to play games before release? or is playing a game before release not going to get me banned?
