Hey guys, I was wondering, would I be safe from bans if I were to flash my xbox360 drive when I wanted to play backups offline and then flash the drive back to the original firmware if I wanted to play an original game on XBL?

So basically once an xbox360 drive has been flashed once, it could never be XBL safe again, even if it were running the original firmware?
