Hey guys,

Here's my situation:

- I have two consoles. One has modded FW (ixtremem 1.51) is unbanned and is used exclusively for offline play (i.e., haven't connected to XBL on it since Oct. 2009). The other console is a stock Modern Warfare 2 console with a 250 gb HD.

- I've taken to patching Wave 4 and higher backups in order to play them on my modded console. As a result, these games are not stealth.

Question: if I install one of these patched games (or any backup, for that matter) to the 250 gb HD and use the HD on both the modded and unmodded consoles, will I get banned from XBL?

Put differently, is it possible to get banned from XBL when connecting with a completely clean console (i.e., not modded in any way) due solely to data on your HD?

first thing..

upgrade you IX1.51 console to LT+ and to the latest 12625 dashboard. after that no wave 4 patching is needed for any games on your modded console and also you can go on XBL safely without getting banned instantly if your backups are safely patched with abgx

Remeber to use abgx360 1.0.5 with the wave 3-9 sfx patches to safely stealth your backups

Unless it somehow logs it on the hard drive, it should not ban you for having those games on your hard drive. The installations should not be usable because it is not the same console they were created on. I have never heard of being banned for having games not from the same console, but it could be possible.
