Question regarding my new JTAGed X360

I just got an already JTAGed X360 and can't find clear guides on what to do after modifying the hardware.

Things I've been told about this X360:

- JTAGed
- XENON MB
- XBR installed
- NO HDD
- Memory card is completely empty


What I would like to do:

- Run backups directly from my external USB HDD
- Play Xbox Live Arcade games direcly from my external USB HDD
- Play SNES roms direcly from my external USB HDD
- Modify the GUI menu

Which software do I have to install on the USB HDD before copying the backups/roms?

you should really find this out from the person that is selling to you but the first thing you are going to want to do is install XeXMenu 1.1
