You need headphones that will amplify the 360's audio output. The headphones you linked don't do that (I think).
you CAN use this same adapter on the 360's red and white audio outputs, with a piar of amplified headphones.

The headphones are just wonderful, and not only makes late night gaming at full volume a possibility, I actually prefer the sound quality of them over my full surround sound. Gaming and movies are both enhanced because you hear fine details but it's especially apparent in first person shooters because you hear the slightest footstep behind you and 180 headshot em :)

Yes the red and white are audio. You will need to use the non-hdmi cable though.
