If you were to get your 360 flashed with whatever the latest software is are you able to play both flashed games and origional games on xbox live? Also is it only a matter of time before they figure out you flashed your drive and you get banned?

Yes and Yes but 360s are really cheap now adays you can get an arcade on Ebay for about $100 so who cares if you get banned

matter of time, as long as u keep up with the flash versions you should be fine, had mines 2 years, played online, alot :) and done all updates and stuff.

Never banned. Everytime a new version came out i upgraded. I did tho have to change my drive. It stopped reading disks, the benq drives are the best to have
