Cool, well I have all my keys for my xboxes even though I only have one of them modded, but my buddy lost his keys and he wants to flash to 1.9. Thanks for your help
i have lt 1.1+ and didn't update latest dash update, now i want to go to new dash and lt 1.9, my question is i have to update to new dash then to lt 1.9 or vice versa? and sorry for next question, is it fully safe on live with lt 1.9 and new patched disks? sorry what is OFW? Is it Old Firmware or something else?

too much sorry for my noob questions.
1. Flash to stock first just to be "safe"(OFW ~ Official Firmware)
2. Connect drive back to 360
3. Connect to Live and update (takes about 10 minutes with a 10Mb connection).
4. Take drive back out of 360.
5. Flash LT1.9 for you drive and you're good to go.
"Safe", is a commonly used word here. There's nothing that's 100% safe except OFW. Sure, 1.9 might not be detectable (yet), but I'm sure M$ will eventually find a way around..... They always do... and C4EVA and the team find a way around the new protection. Always a cat & mouse game.
