Hi according to this tutorial

I need 100 ohm 1/2 watt resistors.
Can I use 1 watt instead..?Because Iam not able to find 1/2 watt anywhere In my city..

the newer tutorials recommend using 1n4148 switching diodes or bat 41 diodes.pothsprojects or elitemodscene or here all have newer jtag tut's
