If your console says "Failed AP25 Challenge" in the result box of Xval could you get rid of the flag by calling Xbox customer support and telling them that you forgot your Family Settings Password and having them give you a key combination to do a "System restore" back to factory defaults? Would this set the flag back to factory defaults?

never heard of doing that but i HIGHLY doubt it...in fact, i think it's safe to say "no"

That doesn't reset jack. The flag is done on the server side, not the xbox side.
