1. I have two xbox360, a Falcon(modded BENQ) and Jasper (Lite-ON). Is it possible to replace the Jasper's Lite-ON with BENQ? I won't mind about risking for ban.
2. Say if I purchased a full Xbox Live Arcade game, it does not need any online verifications or something to play right? In case I bring my hard disk to a friends house etc.

Each xbox drive is married to the console, so you will need to "spoof" each drive with the correct drive key which corrisponds with your console

I see, so I have to return the drive to its original non-modded state using its married console or I can do this directly with the other console as long as I have the original key?

You will need to extract the firmware / drive key from your lite on drive, once you have that, follow the jungle flasher instruction to spoof this to your benq. Dont forget to save the BenQ firmware first before you erase and flash with the spoofed lite on details so you can then spoof the lite on with the BenQ firmware
Can I ask what exactly are you trying to achive? It would be far easier just to flash the lite on.
