I seem to of been able to dump my nand OK, but when I try to write I get this error?

I cant seem to see anything other than people suggesting shortening the lpt cable (mines about a foot long, 12").

What other reasons might make this happen though?

I didnt make the cable, so dont want to start butchering it.

the file.bin isnt named as what you are typing into the CMD window....or what the program you are using is looking for.
