Reflash from FW 1.4 to FW1.61 (when it comes out)

I flashed my 360 with LiteOn drive a couple months ago with FW 1.4 successfully (using cklite with probe)
I now want to reflash to FW 1.61, but don't have my original key.bin, inquiry.bin, identify.bin or dummy.bin files. Can I do this safely or am I SOL?

It will be fine. You can just dump your current firmware to get your drive key and load the 1.61 as target firmware when it comes out.
