Regarding gameover9's suspension and service

Now that gameover9 has been suspended he's treating it as an insult and is tempting of keeping the 360s that AD members have sent him or giving them away to Goodwill- the latter which I think is joking. If anybody has sent him a 360 be assured that I'll make sure he'll correspond to send back the 360s- repaired or not.
I will message DDP to see if I can get him un-suspended so that he can send back the 360s in a timely fashion before Christmas.

Yeah, hes a real upstanding guy. With the way he insults EVERYBODY on this forum, im surprised anybody would actually let him work on their 360. I know i wouldnt. ;-)

He feels insulted, that guy does nothing but insult people on here lol, if DDP did un-suspend him then that would make the site look bad as members can get away with insulting people, he may aswell un-suspend everyone who's insulted another member.

Look both of you, instead of you both coming in here and causing trouble, how about you see the real reason behind this thread so we don't have to listen to either of you anymore.
He has member's 360s, and he wants to make sure that he can give them back. So if you sent a 360 to gameover9, pm ndarkness, and he will make sure the information gets passed along to gameover9. And hopefully we won't have anymore childish posts here.

Give the guy a break. He was joking when he made that goodwill comment. I'm in the IRC chat. He's fixed 100's of boards for me. He's a good guy. He just speaks the truth too much sometimes.

Yeah, i am a troublemaker? I cant tell you how many times the guy has insulted me and others for no reason! Best case scenario: The guy sends back everybody's consoles, he rides out his suspension and comes back, and he learns something and stops insulting everybody all the time. Theres no sense in it at all. Im done posting on the subject and i'll move on...

Causing trouble? childish posts? i can't see how it's causing trouble or childish, i'm just pointing out that if DDP reversed the suspension he may as well do it for everyone else who's been suspended through hurling abuse at other members, don't get me wrong i have nothing against gameover9, the guy has a lot of useful knowledge and when he's helpful he's extremely helpful but when he's abusive he's very abusive lol.

we're talking with him in IRC. He apoligizes to all members and says it won't happen again. we do need his knowledge here.

I agree. I hate to see his loss. The dude is a brain...oh and the only one here that reflows LOL. Hopefully ddp let's it slide and warns him like you said.

Need him? Not really. All we gotta do is get one, just one married woman to join the forum. Because as we all know, wives know EVERY-FREAKING-THING! (mine does).
Seriously though, given the situation of gameover9 having users 360s, and it being so close to the holidays, I think ddp should lift his suspension early to ensure that those people get their 360s back in a timely fashion. Of course issuing him a warning stressing that the next time this particular incident happens it's a permanent ban (or whatever the next course of action is).

he was in the irc eariler apologizing. I think he's an asset but agree he should go if he's going to insult the noobs lol. I know how it is, when the same posts are here over and over and over and...
In all, he's a good guy. He's fixed many of my boxes and I'll be sending him more as long as he comes back. Hopefully ddp will lift his suspension so he can ship those boxes back. Mine being one of them.

tell him to start a new nic "gameover9.1" temporarily to cleanup the mess he got himself & now others into. if he does not send members' consoles back to them, he can be charged with fraud & theft which i don't think he wants. his current suspension stays on for obvious reasons. i have done this to addicts so a senior or below is nothing.

I am sorry for some of my insults. I've been stressed out and took it out on some of you. For that I am sorry. Please forgive my childish actions. I was obvioulsy joking about keeping consoles. I do need my PM's so I can get everyone taken care of. With the above comments, it doesn't hurt me if you don't want to send me your console. I'm swapped.

Glad to see you back man. I think it's hard for a lot of people to understand your sense of humor sometimes, but I appreciate it and hope the only ban hammer you see in the future is from microsoft...I mean....never mind. ;)
I don't really know gamover9 that well, but I see him helping around here a lot. I hope he stays and plays nice.
P.S. I'll keep you in mind when I need some reflow work done...even though you're swamped and are Mr. oh-so handy.
