Hey guys i want to replace the drive inside my xbox and i watched alot of videos on how to do it, all of the video say this tutorial is for non flashed drives. i want to know if there is another method for flashed ones.

and if so can someone point me to the right direction. cause from what understand all you have to do is swap circut boards from drives and it should be good to go. i tried that and i the drive did not read anythinig
