would i just have to dump the nand of my 360 falcon using a usb spi cable? the use fatbuild.py and falcon.jed to modify and then reflash it back, with the chip sldered in? would i be along the right lines? it all seems a little complicated and could do with it noobified lol. thanks

what you need to do if you buy this chip, is to buy a cable that connect to this chip, and flash the falcon .jed to this chip. then read the NAND from your xbox, twice.
check the nand reads, and using whatever program u like to change your original nand, and combine it with xell. then youll need to flash the NAND with the new file (with xell) and solder the chip.
of course in order to get the NAND you would need to solder too.
ill recommand buying the cable to flash the xlinx chip. and buying a flash reader. OR
maybe youll be better to buy a pre-programmed chip, and a usb NAND reader.it would be easyer to install and a lot less messy.

yes that chip comes pre-programmed with which ever file i require, they also sell the nand reader cable so i may just buy one of them also and make life abit easier on myself!
iv got the ecc glitcher files by bestpig, the ones that make your xell file for you ready to flash back. cool and thanks for the info, anymore advice/tips will be appreciated alot. thanks
