Ok, so I've searched around and found mixed answers. Some say you cannot flash a lite-on back to stock, others say different. So, can lite-ons be flashed back to stock?

No, you can not flash the Lite-ON back to stock simply because there is no stock Lite-ON firmware available. Once it is flashed to iXtreme, there is no going back.
