Hey, I have a non hdmihitachi, modded it from day one (more than 3 years have passed), played online several times, get past most waves, but didn´t connected it since the last one, been waiting for the new ixtreme to come out for it(any news on that?) but now I think it won´t happen...
Stil on 1.51, all games I played were completly stealth patched, never played a game early.
And now I got a new jtaged console. Played both of them in direct connect many times.
Now, is it a good idea to get the old hitachi back to stock to use it online with originals only and no worries? Anyone ever done that and got banned?
Btw, I intend to use the same profile in both of them, could that give me any problem? (I wont play games early even in the JTAG)
it's entirely possible that you can go stock or to LT and go online and be instantly banned. Playing on system link or using the same HD as the jtag wont make a difference.
There are several methods of finding out if your system is banned without taking it online though (such as filing a warranty repair request). If you're able to file a repair request then you should be ok to go online and probably be OK to mod again when LT eventually comes out
