Ripping games on Kreon drive, then patching ssv2 - ok?

If i rip games using a Kreon drive then manually patch them to ssv2 using abgx is this as good as ripping them on a 360 drive?

I have done some searches and i think i am ok doing this.

Please could someone confirm either way, cheers

Yeah you should be safe as long as there is a ssv2 file for the games you rip.

I have done this with all of my games. Even COD6 and it works like a charm. Kreons are still usefull...just a bit of a pain to patch the ss to v2. + it will remove the common angle of 359 commonly produced by kreons. :)

Wat about doing the same thing using the hot swap method instead of a kreon drive? is that still ok???
