RRROD Death fixed but now no fans

I recently done a repair on a RROD xbox.

All was good. Xbox came on and dashboard etc.

Now the fans have stopped working and 3 red lights appear again although when i unplug the fan pins i get the green light.

Any suggestions this is a mystery to me.

thats a new one on me, if i had this problem i would take the case apart put the bottom half of the case back on and the eject button and have a convertable xbox, and beause i have to repair my e74 error every 4-5 days my case has been convertable for about a month now an it stays cool as a cucumber, hope that helps

It was something to do with the powerpack.

All is well and the hitachi inside is flashed.
