I have a Samsung ms28 with lt+ 1.0 firmware on it.

i was gonna flash it with its original firmware so i could update my xbox, reflash, and just play offline until 1.9FW came out. when i plugged the drive into my computer, using the xbox to power the drive, it recognized it using the mobo sata ports. i used the tray half open trick to put it in vendor mode. but i think i did it wrong because when i turned the xbox back on my computer/ Jungleflasher doesn't recognize the drive anymore. and when i plug it back to the xbox it gives the e65 error. could i have bricked the drive?

side note: i happened to notice that the power cable from the xbox to the drive was a little loose after all this but powering the drive just fine

side side note: i have a spare samsung ms25

Is PortIO installed? What OS do you have? Sometimes my computer wont recognize the drive on the right port but when i did the thing to put the drive in vendor mode on the right port (Even though it says no drive found) It puts the drive in vendor mode after i go through that process. (If you don't remember what port it was on try it on all of them, Its kinda time consuming but its something to try :D )

If you have windows 7 64bit you need to start the system with "Disable driver signature enforcement" enabled or else it wont work.

I do have portIO installed. I use a windows xp pro 32 bit desktop computer.

I will try using all the ports when I get home. But i have a samsung ms25 I spoofed as a ms28. So I'm not at a total standstill. I just wanna figure this out.
