Samsung TS-H943 stuck in vendor mode

Flashed the drive with Xtreme 1.6 using Jungleflasher 10. Worked great for like 2 days.

Was playing games with the box disassembled, went to rebuild and the dvd fell out. I plugged it back in and assembled the xbox. Turned it on and get an E65 code.

Tried reflashing and everytime I get the drive to come up on dosflash or jungleflasher it shows up in vendor mode? What is going on. When I flash the drive it says it works fine and verifies. Just seems to be stuck in vendor mode?

Any Ideas?
