i have read all the how to's and tuts on here about flashing my benq drive.
i was just wondering if there is any list of working SATA cards besides the VIA 6421 chipset
Dynex® - 2-Port eSATA II PCI Express Adapter
PNY - 2-Channel SATA II RAID PCI Card
thoes are the two im looking at, wondering if anyone has had luck with them.

What are the chipsets in them?

If they aren't the VIA 6421 chipset, google VIA 6421 SATA card.

Well the VIA 6421 chipset is confirmed working. I have flashed all 4 drive types with it. I think you can get one from newegg for about $15.

i understand i can find them real easy on the internet. they are abundant. im wanting to do it fairly soon tho and not wanting to wait for shipping. just wondering if anyone picked up a SATA card from a store like bestbuy or DIT or walmart or officemax or something along those lines.

jungleflasher works with almost everything.

As long as you have a sata port on your computer, just give it a shot then.
