Sata to Usb 2.0 Flashin

ok so i have found videos on how to update the flash on an xbox, i need to update my benq to lt+...the only problem is that i only have a laptop. i went out and bought a sata to usb cable, that being said i was wondering if anyone could help me or send me a link to a video. once again all i need to do is update my firmware. if anyone could help please email me at johnstyles_1@hotmail.com. Thanks

im pretty sure you cant flash with a laptop,and updating is the same as flashing.if you post where you live im sure theres someone on here would be close enought for u to stop by.id do it for you if you live n ohio .if so pm me.

there will be a USBPRO released tomorrow that can be used to do it from usb

please if your asking about xbox 360 firmware, LT+, how to cut and solder, what drive you have and such check this PDF file

Computer OS: Windows 7 64 bit
Depending on your Laptop, you might have a PCMCIA slot that will accept one of THESE cards. You don't have to buy this exact card but you need to pay attention to the CHIPSEST. Any card with the chipset VIA VT6421A will do they job.

im using an hp that is about 1 year old, umm ya its pretty standard
