Yeah I was expecting it soon, I figured they would want all us Xbox'ers to be shopping for new ones by now.
But there is no doubt in my mind it will be coming anyway.

so if there is no ban wave in december too, we can safely assume that ms skipped the annual ban wave?

No, they can push the button when they please. I am sure now with LT+ out it will be soon. MS had to reason before to ban. Think about it, we couldn't boot ap25 games then, now we can.

The way it always was in the past it that the new hacked firmware was released right before the bit title (Halo, Cod) was.
This year it's backwards, not to mention MS also implemented the new detection method via dashboard. So I'd venture to guess that if there was going to be a LIVE ban this year, it would be after the release of the new firmware (LT+).
That way MS can analyze any ap25 bypass methods and the new firmware all in one shot and then ban. Instead of MS banning based on the dashboard detection, C4E then releasing new firmware, and MS having to start over analyzing and then another ban method.

You still have the option that if you don't want to pay the $30 for using your backups now then you could always just use your $60-a-piece originals until the wave comes.

My bet is December. Use November to flag as many more people as possible with ap25.
There were quite a few who updated to Kinect and tried playing ac, fable 3 and nfs before lt+.

Even after the ban wave you can still get banned if they can detect the firmware, so you might as well do it now

Arrggg...
lol,
No, I wasn't saying you should. I was just getting at with all the cash you've saved (212x$60), you shouldn't sweat $30 a couple times a year.
Why not learn to flash yourself? Or did you have a failed attempt before and decide not to do it?
You'd have to make a cheap investment for some hardware, but you could make your cash back, plus a lot more, by flashing for others. And the members here on AD are generally really helpful when you have a legitimate question.
