So what chipsets are confirmed to flash a Hitachi 79FL?

Im using a new computer and I can't get my SATA card to flash it, so I'm going to use the motherboards sata ports.
I can use one of the following 3 chipsets
JMB362 (JMicron)
JMB363 (JMicron)
South Bridge

Any suggestions?
