Is there a tool yet that you can uncorrupt the HDD without having to solder anything?

Yeah did that, any way to uncorrupt the saves and profiles on the HDD without having to go through con flag remover and whatnot. A pain having to do that everytime you connect to the banned console.

If by uncorrupt you mean having fixing your games saves when you go back and forth between a non-banned and a banned console, then No, updating to the newest kernel won't fix that for you.

If by uncorrupt you mean gaining back your HDD functionality, then yes.

Looking from this thread, you performed the 9199 update to your console. Is this correct?

Edit- I see your reply before mine. Only other way is to solder to the board and dump the NAND.

X-Ecuter are bringing out a no solder mod for the Nand-X.

Prob be about 12 months before its released though knowing them.
