I have an Xbox Arcade with a BenQ drive. I have a PC, but with only a DVD rom drive.
Can someone please just tell me if this is all that's required to flash and make backups?
1. DVD-Burner (does it matter which and if I were to get that Kreon one, do I still need a DVD burner?)
2. Verbatim DVD+R DL 3. SATA adapter? (can someone name a good one not sure about this)
Also, do I have to apply stealth myself or is it already applied?
Do you have a DVD ROM or writer? obviously to make the backups you require a writer, as long as you have SATA try connecting the xbox to the pc and check if jf picks it up, if it does then follow the jf guide and flash it.
Run your backups through abgx360 to stealth and check images before burning them onto a disc.

Kreon is no burner, Kreon is an alternative firmware for four old Samsung drives that enables them to rip original games. Even if you get one of these drives you still need a burner that is able to burn double layer disks. Any newer one should be good.
Xbox 360: Slim untouched with a faked 320 GB harddrive for XBL, phat with LT 3.0, played Halo early, so going on live would be an instand ban, also with a faked 320 GB harddrive
PS3: Untouched 160 GB Slim, 60 GB Fat with latest Rogero and 160 GB internal harddrive.
PSVita: hardly ever play it
GameCube: Black with a Viper chip installed. With gameboy player. Trying to get a Wavebird controller.

I knew that this would happen. Kreon is for normal Computer drives, not the Xbox 360 drive.
These Sata adapters are noname products. As long as it has a VIA 6421 chip you are good to go.
