ssv1 safe for wave 1 & wave 2 games?

i know c4eva said ssv1 is safe for wave 1 & 2, but some people are saying wave 1 and wave 2 games must be patched with ssv2 too.
who is correct?
if wave 1 & 2 require ssv2, holy sht, it's gonna take 20 years to re-rip and re-burn all 120 of my wave 1&2 games.

To be safe i would reburn and patch SSV2 over them all. Just hope you have a lot of money if you do it that way :)

it doesnt require SSV2 but without it. Chance of you getting banned is higher.

So basically your saying that C4EVA the person who created the firmware is incorrectly telling the communinty that SSV1 is safe for wave 1 and 2? lol.

Nah, honestly i'm weary about this myself. It's like you know it's been said its safe but for some reason you dont feel comfortable going online when you know its a SSV1 lol.

I think this is mainly becasue this is the only information we have regarding the safety of SSV1 on wave 1 and 2 by C4EVA himself.

"Kreon rips wave 1 and 2 ok, but 0800 drive always best"

Very vague and leaves rooms for theories lol. Props to C4EVA though!
