Hey guys, just want to start off by saying I'm new to all of this (not new to the forums, just the xbox part). I recently got an Xbox 360 as a gift for Christmas.
Basically what I'm wanting to do is mod my Xbox console so that it will run backups. Nothing else in particular.
When it comes to Xbox 360 I'm pretty much a n00b and I have no clue what I'm doing. I've modded a few other consoles in my day though so I know a bit about that.
If anyone could post a tutorial or a link to one to show me how to get started, what I'm going to need and how I'm basically going to do this, it would be much appreciated.

Hi there every one i am new to this so please try not to criticize me to much i had a few question relating to modding my xbox the original. my question is in order to run an iso file on the xbox does my game counsel have to be modded first? and if so how to i change the dashboard to beable to read and iso image?. I have purchased a chip and im going to get it installed i have downloaded auto installer deluxe 4.50 final and created my iso image and burned it to a dvd and i have tired to put it in the xbox with out it being modded but it tells me it can not read the disc so how do i get the iso that contains the auto installer files to read all helped would be appreicated

You've already made a thread asking this, as i said in your thread you're in the wrong forum you need to go to the xbox forum not the xbox 360 forum.
