stealth and ixtreme 1.61?

ixtreme 1.61 has the strict stealth cheaks and wont boot if the image has been moddified does that mean patched to pass abgx360 tests, not changing the wave just making it pass the tests, still not got my discs from www.play.com to test out myself (4 days now and I wont get them untill monday. Bah). So the question is this will I have to use the activaion iso to boot discs I have stealth patched?

Also on a side note I read on another forum that you dont have to burn to rom booktype any more although it will totally get your console banned, I ask cause my sister has a 360 I flashed for her but her dvd drive doesn't support booktyping. It's not a problem though the ban thing because she doesn't use live ever, it would just be easier for her to burn games then for me to have to do it and post them to her, plus I know she wont pay me back for the discs, students pfft.
