I have a flashed xbox 360. I am planning on stealth patching my .iso files. Will this prevent me from getting band from xbox live if I want to play my ripped games online?

It won't prevent it there is no sure way to avoid getting banned other than having an unmoded console with original games.

Yes they can detect te firmware somehow. My friend was using his netflix and got
banned. My brother was playing retail dj hero and got

Well lets examen the facts here, Your friend modded his console to use netflix and play retail DJ heroe and got banned, interesting. No mention of ever playing any backups and such.

not sure on hitachi lt. I've heard people say that using lt on their liteons and taking all precautions has kept them safe. I have a hitachi with 1.51 I use for offline and liteon unmodded that I use for online. I don't play much online so this is a great setup for me.

Ive got another question. I am cleaning my cpu and gpu chips on my 360. IS there a certain type of thermal paste i need? I have a silicone base heat sink compound from radio shack. will this one work? thanks.

that is exactly what I used when my xbox red ringed. It worked perfectly.

I have an xbox360 that works but no picture. I took it apart and cleaned both chips but I still cant get the video to work. Any ideas?
