I just flashed my ---never before flashed lite on.

loaded the 1.6lite on repack.

heres the problem....it wont play any of the new games but will play older back ups that i had from several months ago on an older system....any clue or help as to why it plays the older backups but not the new?

is it the firmware or the games not burnt right?

Are you checking the games with abgx before burning and are you use using verbatims? It sounds like there is an issue with the games, if possible try out the backups on another console.

Probably the firmware.
If you left the old liteon 1.6 firmware in the folder it loaded that one.
Delete the old 1.6 and rename the repack to the file name of the old one and reflash.

If your newer games were patched for older firmware, they won't play in ix1.6.
