I was in the process of flashing the drive I have the dummy bin but the drive would not go into vender mode and the the drive wont show up on jungleflasher any more is this drive brick it wont eject or do anything.
I've said this over and over. The dummy.bin method is not the correct way. You should be doing a full dump which requires cutting traces and soldering.

If you have the dummy.bin, you're not screwed. Just reflash with that.
does the drive have to be in vendor mode cause it wont go into that. thank for really answering the question modking30 but I think their is a problem Spoofing Target

What does no calibration data mean
Leerage I did get the dummy.bin but something is wrong it wont let put into vendor mode or let me write to it
calibration data is to programme the laser on the drive it tells the laser how to work and read disks

Leerage I did get the dummy.bin but something is wrong it wont let put into vendor mode or let me write to it
Load your dummy.bin in source.
Load iX LT into target.
Click spoof source to target
Go to the MTKFlash tab.
Click LiteOn Erase.
Click OK to 2 prompts.
When you see dots go across, OFF/ON on your connectivity kit or pull the power plug from the back of the DVD drive for 1 second then plug it back in (power cycle).
Should get Status 0x72 and good flash chip properties (MXIC or Winbond/NEX).
Write the firmware.
