swapping out dvd drive in xbox 360

since my dvd drive went out in my 360 and i used jungleflasher to copy code key from bad drive to the new drive and installed it and got it working fine my question is if i go on xbox live will it get banned it is not flashed to play copied games it is pretty much a stock drive. can someone please help me find out

I doubt it since MS does the same crap when you send in your broken console you get a new LO9 series drive married to your old mobo lol I've done three like that and none of them have been banned yet

ok thanks i'm gonna try it its worth a shot i'll sign up for the 1 month free trial and see i normally don't liketo pay to play on xbox live anyways i just want to get the downloadable content

does it matter:
if you get on live and get banned than you wont be on live on that console.

if you dont get on live because you dont want banned than you have the same thing as a banned console because you never get on live.
