Hi all,

I have a 360 w/a liteon drive which I am not sure is moddable at this point to play backups. I would like to replace that drive w/a samsung drive that I have already "modded" or "flashed". Is this possible?

If you have obtained the DVDkey, you can spoof the info to another drive. If you have a Lite-ON that isn't dumpable at the moment, you will have to wait until the method gets released.

Currently, the August 2009 83850C Lite-ON is not giving up the DVDkey and the 93450C Lite-ON which you will find in any 360 manufactured after August 2009.

Also, if you plan on getting on Live, it is strongly recommended to wait for the release of iXtreme LT firmware. Spoofing drives on Live is also not a good idea.
