just wondering guys,

just flashed my spare benq with 0800 1.2. is there a difference between 0800 1.2 for and 1.6 0800? like will it still get the ssv2 with 0800 1.2 the same as ix 1.6 0800.

i think you mean using the 0800 disc instead of the 0800 fimware,, never heard of the old style 0800 for the benq,,only heard it for the sammys,, should still rip your games the same,,cant see why not,,

no there is an actual 0800 firmware that way you don;t need to activate using a disc. i just flashed with ix 1.6 0800 just in case and works like a charm.
