If you have a usb thumb drive you can flash it with dosflash.. very easy.. this is how I did mine... I saved the hacked LT+ FW using Jungleflasher then used dosflash to erase and rewrite the new hacked fw.. I went from iXtreme 1.6 to LT+ you should have no problem going from LT to LT+ with the same method since you have your LT FW with the key... good luck

Load up JF. load dummy.bin and LTplus. Send erase to get drive in vendor mode. Sometimes this takes a few tries. Just keep hitting send erase and power cycling until you get it. Write the firmware, outro, done.

near impossible. I am guessing you just need to keep sending an erase to the drive, it will eventually come up. You are using a via chipset sata card?

i did my 8xxx v1 series lastnight and the first time i sent the liteon erase i power cycled at the wrong time (too early as i was in a rush which isnt good)
this froze my pc so i had to reboot. afterwards i had to send intro button to the drive to get into vendor mode instead of the liteon erase and it worked fine after that.
If you send me questions on Live about modding or anything related i will block you. Dont be an idiot.

I had similar issues with a friends Lite-On 7 series. Once I erased it to get it in vendor mode, it wouldn't flash and went to 0x80 status. Couldn't eject it once erased in vendor mode, and the pc kept running slow & locking up. After manually ejecting the tray, I eventually got the drive to be recognized correctly. Restarted the pc and power cycled the drive with tray half closed. Flashed with LT+ and updated to new dash. Everything works fine. Just try to be patient and keep trying. As long as you have the drive key and dummy.bin, you should be fine. Took about an hour of messing with it total. Took all of 10-15 minutes with the BenQ drives I've done.
Good luck.
