ok im thinking of modding my 360 i found someone who would do it for me. from what i can tell he is good people but he just dont like answering questions that i ask so i came here to ask you guys...

1) as of today can you go online and play back up of your games? or should you just play the original?
2) he only knows how to mod the old school phat ones so is that the best route to go?
3) i am only having him do it because i just dont know where to start but i think i could do it myself im just scared i guess. so when it comes down to having to update the dash or whatever is causing these problems i been reading about lately is it the same process of doing it in the first place? or since its already been modded its something easier that i could do?

ty in advance

If flashed correctly, yes you can go online with backups, as of today (and I'd bet my right arm that tomorrow will work too).

If you have an old school fat one, the let him do it.

Good idea to let someone else do it instead.

The updating process is the same. Just check these forums first to be sure it's safe to do so.
