i had a budy of mines buddy mod my xbox and it works well but the problem is he lives on the other side of the city and he is hard to get of hold of when i want a game so i went on line to see if i can do this stuff my self, instead of buying back up games off him last one was tiger woods 10, im trying to do it my self so i followed the video on how to burn the games etc i think i did every thing right but after i burnt the new fight night and ncaa 10 my xbox says this disc is unreadable 1.clean disk 2.restart console. etc what am i doing wrong im new at this what i do know is my xbox plays all the burnt games i buy off him ufc 09 mlb 2k9 tiger woods 10 etc but when i tried this my self it dident work what can i do what did i do wrong ?

it loads to the point were it gives me a play game option but when it trys to load it to play it gives me this disc unreadable.

Elaborate on your entire procedure/technique for copying/dloading-burning.
i.e. XBC, ABGX, ImgBurn, etc........... and settings used.

yes i obtained the file thru pirate bay downloaded it extracted the files to a folder, dvd file .iso file came out then i ran that file thru agx360, stealh check passed verification passed every thing came back green successful then i burnt it useing imgburn 2.0 speed and then tried others on 2.4 speed . on memorex dvd r dl 8.5 gb i heard there not that good but all the games i got off the guy who moded my xbox are that brand of dvd disks. i just want to be able to this my self with having to depend on this guy.

i will get verbatim and try them , but every game except one that i have gotten from the dude that sells them to me uses memorex brand witch are cheap, maybe he has a better burner? i will try verbatim.

You're not from ohio are you? LOL
Yes the burner makes a huge difference and the drive that is in your xbox. I use an LG external with memorex and have a benQ drive. Never had a coaster or an issue with mine.

Yeah it's probably a combination of burner/360 drive/media. I've got 3 360s. The BenQ, and one Lite-On use Verbatims only. The Other Lite-On loves Memorex and Maxell, but struggles with Verbatims. Go figure.

i will try verbatim disks hopefully it will work. all the games ive gotin from him are memorex but me doing it my self memorex hasent worked for me.
