I am using dos flash 1.8, the technical specs used to solder my probe. Got random character feedback from hyperterminal when testing the probe. for the drive I ejected it, pulled power, pushed in half, put in power. started up dosflash and got through to the key part where it dumped 00 00 00 etc... or geremia dvdkey method failed, all while holding the probe to the r707 hole (or whatever its called - yes im sure its the right hole.)

Please help me figure out why I can't get me key. I'm on my 4th probe trying to get this.. all solder points are solid and diagram followed perfectly.

i've liturally tried every guide i could find. I've heard dos is the best way. Have windows 7 64 and vista 32. Using the jungle flashes freezes my computer. No via drivers. Renamed them in drivers folder to be sure. Motherboard is based on nvidia chipsets.

OP have you tried JF on both operating systems? i'm running Vista 32bit and its fine though i don't think its supported in 64 bit though i may be wrong.

apart from the windows7 your setup sound similar to my own.

Also, your mobo may not be supported. Have you used it to flash before? You may have to get the Via 6421a card.

ya i have tried both operating systems.. Is there a list for supported motherboards? My sata ports are built into it.
