UK Sky Player on Live

I have a free months Sky player for my Xbox (UK satellite tv). This is all I will be using my live account for, I won't be playing any backup games on live.

Considering the triple A titles on the horizon I expect a major ban wave. So say I get banned, then my question is;
How does the Sky player install? Can it only be used with one xbox/ HDD? As I have an unflashed xbox that I could use should my personal xbox get banned.

If Sky installs itself to the HDD (hypothetically to my "user profile 1") could I then take my HDD out of the banned console and put it in the unbanned one and use it as normal? Or would the ban subsequently scramble any use of "user profile 1" and the sky player associated with it?

If your wondering why I'm not just using the unflashed console for sky player, it is a bnd new in box and I am trying to sell it, so I don't want to use up any of the free trials on it etc. Ideally I want to stick with the flashed one and hope to not get banned.

(it is a brand new arcade so it does not have its own HDD so I would have to keep swapping the HDD from my xbox- sorry to repeat OVERTPYE has automatically turned itself on so I can't go back and edit the above paragraph ARGH so frustrating!)

Its DRM'd to your xbox so you cant take the HDD elsewhere.

Do you know if I can watch the sky player from the PC (using my xbox code)? I have my pc linked to my tv so could watch it without the xbox if it allows PC use.
