Are the new lite-ons undumpable, unflashable or both?

From what I've read, the keys cant be read from them, but does this mean if you the mobo that you couldnt get the key and then flash the drive?

I know it is at least getting the key from the drive that is the problem, I doubt they have even started trying to flash the drives since they cant even get the key from it.

They've actually been able to pull the keys but the drive was pretty much destroyed by then. These drives may require a device in the future to be modded. Hopefully, the team can get it dumped eventually.
